   • Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days after the order is placed. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

   • After processing, orders will be shipped via UPS, or USPS. The shipping timeframe may vary based on your location and the shipping option selected during checkout.

3. Estimated Delivery Time:

   • Please note that the estimated delivery time is calculated from the date the order is shipped, not from the date the order is placed. The estimated delivery time is provided by the shipping carrier and may vary depending on factors beyond our control.

4. Tracking Information:

   • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information. This allows you to track the progress of your shipment.

5. Shipping Rates:

   • Shipping rates are determined based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination. You can view the shipping cost during the checkout process before confirming your order.

6. International Shipping:

   • At this time, we only offer shipping within USA and Canada. We do not currently offer international shipping outside of these areas.

7. Address Accuracy:

   • It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and complete shipping information. Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
